Our vision

Our vision is to provide a focus for discussion in order to improve care for patients within, and outside of, the NHS, by providing inspiration for, and maintaining, a culture of leadership and improvement.

Our mission

Our mission is to develop a range of high-quality online resources, organise online and face-to-face events and provide networking opportunities for all.

We interact with all interested stakeholders from across the system, providing valuable insights for the development of professionals working within UK health and social care.

Our philosophy

As per our organisation’s name, we exist to encompass the range of individuals utilising and working in health and social care in the UK – regardless of their role or qualification.

When we say ‘everyone’ we really do mean it!

Secondly, we are not a managerial gimmick, a diktat from up on high. We believe that grass-roots change works much better than that which is dictated on a top-down basis.

EiH was founded by a junior doctor, armed with a simple passion to improve patient care (and thus outcomes) and an idea; that is all we needed to become established.

The ongoing passion of our stakeholders will be all we need to provide momentum for the realisation of our vision.

Finally, we are strictly a not-for-profit organisation.

We aim only to cover our costs.

We are all volunteers –the chair, the committee, the content creators – indeed, we are a Community Interest Company (CIC, registered at Companies House), and are obliged to provide a social benefit without profit through our operations.

We exist to achieve our vision, and that alone is enough for all of us who work with EiH.

Do I have to be a member?

We are a membership organisation; we do charge a small fee for membership to help us meet our costs (see the website for the up-to-date membership fee). We aim to keep our fees as low as possible through ongoing transparent engagement with various private and public sector organisations.

You don't have to be a member to participate in Everyone in Health; however there are a range of member benefits if you do decide to join us.

Members, however, receive a range of benefits including priority event access, the elimination of charges for some chargeable events, significant discounts on chargeable keynote events, access to exclusive networking opportunities and full access to our archive, and our freshly produced online resources.

We are a not-for-profit organisation and are grateful for the support we are able to get from our members.

Non-members get access to the basic public website, a limited number of resources and non-priority, chargeable access to our live events on a 'pay as you go' basis.

How can I help?
