Dr Adam Dalby

Founder, Chair and Managing Director

Dr Adam Dalby is an Emergency Medicine Clinical Fellow working in Scarborough, and is  the Founder and Managing Director and, Chair of Everyone in Health.

He is a graduate (with distinction) in Medicine from the Queen’s University of Belfast, a First Class graduate in a Medical Sciences with Management from Imperial College London Business School and holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Health Economics from the University of Aberdeen. 

He is currently also a student on the MBA Appenticeship Programme at the University of Hull.

He has a passion for quality improvement, leadership and management and founded Everyone in Health with the philosophy of ensuring that management and leadership skills are embedded in all throughout the health service.

He founded the Northern Ireland Healthcare Leadership Forum in Belfast, as a student, and this organisation, five years after he left, is still going strong, attracting up to 400 delegates to each events. He hopes that Everyone in Health can replicate the success of this project going forward.

Dr Oanh Kieu Vo

MBChB, BMedSci (Hons)

Vice President 

Oanh is a Foundation Year 2 Doctor working in Northern Lincolnshire Trust. 

She graduated from University of Sheffield with a MBChB in 2019 and intercalated degree in BMedSci (First Class). 

She believes that Everyone is Health is an excellent platform to bring together existing and cultivating future leaders and managers in healthcare; and improve patient care. 

She is delighted to be part of the team and hopes to contribute in making the NHS more sustainable.  



Dr Emily Ratford

BSc (Hons), MBBChD

Events Coordinator

Emily is currently working as a Foundation Year 2 doctor in Hull. 

She graduated from the University of Leicester with a MBChD and intercalated degree in Biological Sciences (First Class).

She has a keen interest in driving improvements within the NHS, and believes that leadership and management are key areas for doing so. She also believes that incorporating such skills into the training framework is crucial. She is looking forward to being involved in the project, and seeing the impact that we can make.



Dr Sharon Fan

Events Coordinator

Sharon is a Specialty Trainee in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (ST6) in North Lincolnshire and has just completed a year out of her clinical training to experience being a Clinical Leadership Fellow in Patient Safety at Hull Teaching Hospital Trusts (HUTH). During her year out, she was been heavily involved with the establishment of the Medical Examiner system in HUTH and has been trained as a Medical Examiner herself. 

Sharon is also a student on the MBA Appenticeship Programme at the University of Hull.

Sharon's vision for her role as the Events Coordinator in EIH is to make leadership and management easily accessible to all healthcare professionals through virtual and in-person events. 



Ms Elle Morris

Networking Coordinator

Elle is a final year medical student at Hull York Medical School, due to start work as an Academic Foundation Doctor at Sheffield Northern General in August 2021. 

She is also a Scholar with the Healthcare Leadership Academy, which involves delivering a webinar series as part of the Women in Healthcare Leadership initiative. Her main interests centre around education and diversity, including global health and sustainable development. 

Alongside this, she is National Fundraising Coordinator and an incoming trustee for a UK-based charity Students for Kids International Projects - which partners UK universities with international collaborators to form sustainable community-driven projects. 

Elle also delivers weekly widening participation webinars to hundreds of A-level students, who are interested in entering medical school. Within Everyone in Health, she hopes to promote inclusive leadership and encourage networking at all levels of healthcare.



Rebecca Jenkins

Social Media Lead

Rebecca is a second-year medical student at Hull York Medical School. She is excited about the opportunities that come along with her degree, including developing leadership and team working skills in a variety of settings.

She is keen to be involved with producing content for Everyone as she believes educational and accessible resources are key to ensuring management and leadership skills can be gained by all.

Rebecca believes management and leadership will be integral in making a sustainable impact into our future NHS, so that it will continue to provide excellent healthcare for everyone, and is excited to see how Everyone in Health can help with this.



Dr Praveena Prabakaran

Marketing Coordinator

Praveena Prabakaran is a Foundation Year 2 Doctor working in Hull. 

She graduated from Queen’s University Belfast with a MB BCh BAO in 2019 and holds an intercalated degree in MSc Clinical Anatomy. She strongly believes that leadership and management are both crucial for improving standards of the NHS and, ultimately, the care provided to patients.  

She believes that EiH is a great platform for providing leadership and management training for everyone involved in healthcare. She is excited at this opportunity to work alongside this amazing team and look ahead to having a role in the improvement of patient care.



Mr Androniks Mumdzjans

Special Advisor (SpAd)

Androniks is the Special Advisor to Everyone in Health. 

He is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist for Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust in Hull Women and Children’s Hospital. 

He is also the former Guardian of Safe Working Hours at the Trust as well as a Senior Honorary Clinical Lecturer at the Hull York Medical School where he teaches both medical students and student physician associates.
