Dr Adam Dalby, BSc (Hons), MB BCh BAO, PG Cert
Founder and Managing Director
Dr Adam Dalby is a Leadership Trainee and Emergency Medicine Clinical Fellow working in Hull, and is the Founder and Managing Director and, Chair of Everyone in Health.
He is a graduate (with distinction) in Medicine from the Queen’s University of Belfast, a First Class graduate in a Medical Sciences with Management from Imperial College London Business School and holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Health Economics from the University of Aberdeen.
He is currently also a student on the MBA Appenticeship Programme at the University of Hull.
He has a passion for quality improvement, leadership and management and founded Everyone in Health with the philosophy of ensuring that management and leadership skills are embedded in all throughout the health service.
He founded the Northern Ireland Healthcare Leadership Forum in Belfast, as a student, and this organisation, five years after he left, is still going strong, attracting up to 400 delegates to each events. He hopes that Everyone in Health can replicate the success of this project going forward.

Elle Morris, BSc (Hons)
Co-Chair & Online Curriculum Coordinator
Elle Morris is a 5th year MBBS student at the Hull York Medical School, with an intercalated degree in Anatomy, Developmental and Human Biology (First Class) from Kings College London.
She is also National Coordinator for the student-led charity: Students for Kids International Projects.
She has chosen to join the team, in order to help establish an online curriculum for leadership.
She hopes that her enthusiasm for personal and professional development will be shared by those engaging with our materials, and therefore facilitate a hub of learning and networking opportunities.
By developing leadership skills, she believes that healthcare professionals can be equipped with the skills to drive change and improvements in the NHS.

Andrea Allen Tejerina, BSc (Hons)
Andrea Allen Tejerina is a first year medical student at Hull-York Medical School. She holds a BSc in Biomedical Science from King’s College London.
Andrea has a special interest in management within the health sector. She believes that improving management and leadership skills in the NHS is fundamental to the enhancement of patient care and is thus enthused to see the impact Everyone in Health will have.
Emily Ratford, BSc (Hons), MBBChD
Emily is currently working as a Foundation Year 1 doctor in Hull.
She graduated from the University of Leicester with a MBChD and intercalated degree in Biological Sciences (First Class).
She has a keen interest in driving improvements within the NHS, and believes that leadership and management are key areas for doing so. She also believes that incorporating such skills into the training framework is crucial. She is looking forward to being involved in the project, and seeing the impact that we can make.
Social Media Lead
Rebecca is a second-year medical student at Hull York Medical School. She is excited about the opportunities that come along with her degree, including developing leadership and team working skills in a variety of settings.
She is keen to be involved with producing content for Everyone as she believes educational and accessible resources are key to ensuring management and leadership skills can be gained by all.
Rebecca believes management and leadership will be integral in making a sustainable impact into our future NHS, so that it will continue to provide excellent healthcare for everyone, and is excited to see how Everyone in Health can help with this.
Ms Madeleine Clifford-Roper, Secretary and Treasurer
Madeleine is currently Business Support Officer at the Humberside Group of Local Medical Committees, a statutory organisation which represents the interests of GPs and their practice teams across Humberside.
After completing an Art History degree at UCL, Maddie had a colourful variety of administrative roles within an array of healthcare settings in London before returning to her hometown of Hull and joining the LMC team. Maddie is also currently studying for an Executive MBA at Hull University Business School.
Maddie is passionate about improving the experience and satisfaction of non-clinical staff in all healthcare settings, and empowering those individuals to enhance their leadership and managements skills. She is excited to be involved in the work of Everyone in Health, and seeing how this can assist with improvements to both staff and patient experience.
Mr Androniks Mumdzjans
Special Advisor (SpAd)
Androniks is the Special Advisor to Everyone in Health.
He is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist for Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust in Hull Women and Children’s Hospital.
He is also the current Guardian of Safe Working Hours at the Trust as well as a Senior Honorary Clinical Lecturer at the Hull York Medical School where he teaches both medical students and student physician associates.
He has had an active role in leadership in the Trust through his role as Guardian and his role as a Consultant for over a decade.
