August 2020 Update

Hello Members, Followers and Guests,

Whilst COVID-19 has been sweeping the country (and the world), we at Everyone in Health have begun to fire on all cylinders.

Having noticed that our website email has now been down for the last month due to technical issues this has now been repaired thanks to two hours of frustration from myself. Therefore, if you sent us an email after 23rd July 2020 and didn't receive a response - please resend your email and we will be happy to very promptly respond!

Since I last wrote an update (I believe it was May!) many things have been changing and happening.

After a serendipitous Tweet found its way onto my Twitter stream I have had the pleasure of welcoming Elle Morris as our Online Content Coordinator. She has been working very hard, both on appointing content creators, but also on producing resources with the content creators. In addition she has improved the layout of the website in the past week in order to make it a little more user-friendly and make things easier to find - feedback is most welcomed!

In addition we had our second Committee meeting (virtually!) earlier in the week and it is great to have such a motivated and inspiring group of people working on this project with me - I want to take the opportunity now to personally thank them publicly for all that they have done and achieved so far!

With regards to our Committee, our current members are:

We do not publish our Committee Meeting Minutes (we like to keep some things a surprise) but this may change in the near future if demands of individuals necessitate it.

We also have a new strategy going forward too - we are now more of an online organisation than originally intended (thanks, in most part, to the blasted COVID-19 virus!), and Elle, with our Events Team (Sharon and Emily) are working hard to come up with innovative ways in which we can provide our educational resources and networking opportunities in the current COVID climate!
